POLAR BEAR FUNDRAISER 

In 2024, we’ve already had a really busy few months, despite this, the costs to run our venue are rising and even our busy nights are no longer sustaining our small teams efforts to run the venue! We’ve got to be brave and put some stuff on that we’ll hope you’ll love, starting with… 

WEEZER VS LIBERTINES 

You can buy either a £5 Ticket OR an £8 Ticket, OR if you’re feeling really generous a £10 Ticket, for our Fundraiser! We want to provide everyone the opportunity to pay what they feel most comfortable!

It’s been 20 years since the widely celebrated self titled Libertines album was released, we feel the album needs honouring and who better to take on the challenge than Deadset, a post punk 5 piece within the city of Hull. 

They’ll be taking on some Libs classic songs for us, alongside Last of The Wonder Kids, Grimsby’s own, smashing WEEZER’s blue album for its 30th birthday! We cant think of any band better, known for their melodic pop songs with layers of distortion. 

Despite this being a fundraiser, we believe both bands deserve paying fairly, with our costs of opening we need to sell at least one hundred tickets for this event on April 13th to go ahead. 

The back beer garden will be open to the general public via our side entrance, where we’ll be hosting 90s and 00’s DJs playing all the cult good stuff from the era.

With our weekly Saturday Club night 'Wired' straight after, free entry until 2.30am! (18+ only)
