LIVE MUSIC - DJS TIL LATE

10:40PM - SLACK HAND
Slack Hand have been spending the past couple of months writing and crafting their set. They’ve had success in Hull playing to a full capacity audience at Dive Bar, princess AVE, in April and also the following month at Tower Ballroom. The band have also been in the studio to record a single which will be dropping soon Quotes: “When Slack Hand came on stage, they blew the roof off the ballroom. The performance was high-energy and their instrumentals were sublime. It was great to see a local band thriving in the new space, with the four-piece looking completely at home as they burned through their set. By the time the gig had finished, the crowd were cheering and my ears were ringing, which can only be a good thing.” – Harry Ingham, life writer, Hull Daily Mail

9:50PM - SUN KING
Leeds based musical collective led by Sebastian Byford.

9:00PM - ALICE CLAYTON
Alice Clayton is a songwriter with a focus on evocative lyrics with socio-political commentary.

‘I come from a musical family and have been surrounded by different genres of music all my life. At 14 I started to learn the ukulele and write my own songs. My sets include my original songs alongside an eclectic mix of covers in my own style. I have performed extensively in the local music scene including, Humber Street Sesh, Freedom Festivals and more recently I won C-Fab festival’s Folk Off. I’ve appeared on local radio, both BBC Introducing and the Peter Levy show. As well as home recordings, I’ve had recordings produced through the Warren, and Young Beatz. ‘

“With her beautiful Ukulele based songs and gorgeous voice her performances have been the talk of the local scene.” – The Speak Easy
